Jonathan has recently graduated from Manchester University, with a degree in English Literature. Jonathan has previously undertaken administrative work for an energy consultancy, as well as writing sports and Esports articles for TheGameHaus. This is Jonathan’s first role in the Insurtech market.
Jo spent 16 years working for Bank of America Merrill Lynch before moving into the Insurercore 4 years ago. Jo was employed in a variety of roles ranging from Marketing Manager to Financial Analyst within several banking areas, along with spending a year in the IT sector. Jo passed her CII Foundation Insurance exam with flying colours in 2019.
Alan has over 45 years experience in the Insurance industry having started his insurance career at Lloyds in 1971. He has worked in numerous roles, starting in Human Resources and moving on to become a founder Director of Independent Insurance.
Adrian has proven experience in investment banking, Capital Management, Business Transformation and Company Rescues. He has been responsible for the shaping and delivery of Business Strategies and Post-merger Integration programmes for clients across the UK, Europe and US. He has a particular expertise in delivering accelerated business change using Lean Sigma methods and tools.
Monique Alder is Committee chair, board advisor, executive operations director and finance professional with over 30 years’ expertise in strategy, finance, risk, operations, insurance and technology within the Lloyd’s, wholesale, retail, start up and SME sectors across the UK, Europe, India and USA. Combines strategic leadership with operational and advisory expertise in remediating underperforming operations in highly regulated environments.
David Russell is a Chartered Management Accountant and has over 20 years experience at the regulator and in the insurance market. He has held senior roles at Lloyd's and RSA and has been a Director on the boards of a number of Managing Agencies.
Michael Gaughan founded FWD Group in 2000 as a specialist agency for the Insurance market. He has extensive experience in the insurance sector having spent 35 years in a variety of roles. He is both a Chartered Marketer and a Chartered Insurer.
Andrew Lockley is involved in investment, fundraising and consultancy in the tech sector. His skillset is in commercialisation. His degree is in Engineering and Management, and he is aiming to obtain a PhD at UCL.

Having worked at Publicis and Ogilvy and Mather as Creative lead, Aiden joined Insurercore in 2017 to help steer the marketing department. His client experience is broad including FMCG, Automotive, Telcos, Consumer Tech and Sporting Goods. Aiden’s role sees him contribute to and control the creative output of the business, building activation strategy, creative approach and marketing collateral to increase the visibility of the business.
